How true to size do Nike SB shoes run? Im getting ready to buy several pair of Nike SB's and was wondering how true to size they run. I have the worst luck when it comes to shoes, I have shoes ranging from US 9's(which are reebok s. carters) up to US 12's(some globe skate shoe) and all fit relativly the same. I would say i am more of an us10.5 or us11 though on average. I have a pair of DVS that are us11's, and my last pair of Nike's (flight shox) were us11s as well. The Nikes im looking to purchase now are the SB P-Rod and SB Zoom Team edition shoes. In the P-Rod Shoes the place i am purchasing from only has us11's, and the Zoom Team are only in 10.5 and 11.5. From what i have told you, what size would you recomend me buying? Thanks so much!

Globes (skate shoes)? Ive owned a pair of globes in the past (i forget which model, they were mostly white with little grey globe symbols on the heel) and they were pretty damn good, if not a bit chunky. I bought a pair of generic black and white vans, absolute crap, and im thinking of either going to pauls and buying 2 pairs of appleyards for 100 bucks or getting a pair of considerably better globe tb tajs for $80. my question is which would be the smarter buy? i realise the appleyards are better value, but ive known people who've owned them and they have deteriorated pretty quickly. id probably coat them with shoo goo either way, but id like them to last at least a LITTLE while on their own.

I am a tomboy and a skateboarder....a huge problem for my family? hey'all I 've been skateboarding for like 8 months, i can ollie, manual and im working on my kickflip, I dress up normally, i mean i wear a volcom t shirt with jeans and globe shoes or an element t shirt and jeans and fallen shoes..whatever.. but my probem is that my mom and my sister are telling me to change because i ll never make friends like this( i have some skater friends though) they told me that i need to wear some girly clothes. What will you do if you are in my shoes? Recently my employer want to sent me half a globe away for 3 months but I don't want to go for such a long business trip as I was just re-posted back to my orginal country last year and intended to set up a family. However, I was forced to go as all my other workmates are having their own family (with children or just recently gave birth) while I'm currently married (without children). The reason given was that I'm the best choice for the management as I don't have any commitment. The problem is I don't think that I'm the suitable candidate for this task as there are other who has more experience and knowledge in this. I was always on the move few years back and would like to settle down but manager still think that I should be the one who is doing the travelling even those short inter-state travelling. Talking with them won't help as they think family is important (manager is a women with kids), I suppose they define commitment as kids? What should I do?
