Which skateboarding shoes?

Which pair of shoes should i get? Etnies- faction Emerica- reynolds 3 Globe- magnum I have fallen t-guns rite now and they are destroyed on the toe cap. I need durable shoes that will last me awhile but still need to look flashy.
