Whats that white stuff inside snow globes?

like the snow in snow globes, what exactly is it? just curious

3. IT's actual fake snow or sometimes glitter is in it also. You can buy them both at any craft store. And, if you are wondering how it falls just like real snow... they add mineral oil to the globe water :)
