Is it possible to rename regions in Curious World Maps?

In the version of CWM I have, Montenegro appears as 'Crna Gora' and Serbia as 'Srbija'. How can I rename these? This isn't a language issue as every country is English, but they are regions of Serbia and Montenegro.
