Wholesale Globes

is there software or a website that will let me create world maps and specify colors for certain countries?

i'm making presentations with lots of maps of the globe and want to identify certain countries as "red" and others as "blue" or "green", etc. I just can't seem to find a program that will allow me to do this easily ... Thanks!
