is there a method to inserting aqua globes?

does it matter if they are straight up or at an angle? i put them in at angles but they don't seem to be working very well. it's been about 5 weeks and very little water has come out yet.

1. i slant mine at a angle,the water is suppose to come out slow ,so you might think its not working properly.
2. Is the soil dry to the touch? If so, there could be something solid blocking the outlet to the globe. I would check that. If it's been 5 weeks, you might want to put fresh water in the globe anyway. I would fill it and invert it to check whether it is dripping. Good luck!
