is there a map manufacturer that will print custom world maps with a user-defined center?

I have a friend who would love a world map with Alaska at the center. Is there a way to get one of those?

1. I Googled "Custom World Maps" and was given quite a large list. I have attached three below. It's reasonably easy for any map publisher to create a user defined centre if they have the maps stored as digital data.
