Is there a substance in light globes that you can get "high" ?

I would like to know this because my boss said that a man was coming in to buy light globes for this reason and i am just inquisitive as to what effect it has... THERE IS NO WAY I WILL BE DOING SUCH THING.

3. I know that some people use light bulbs with crank to get high on meth, but I don't know anything from the acutal bulb itself.
