Need help to identify gemstone globe - Kalifano?

I have a gemstone / jewel globe and can't figure out who made it. I think it might be a Alexander Kalifano but I can't find any identifying logo or mark. It is 13" diameter globe, seperate stones for each US state, made around 1999, 4 leg table top stand, gold color stand, compass under globe on stand, stands about 19" high and 18" wide, weighs about 16 pounds total, and has blue lupis ocean.

1. Sounds like Kalifano to me. He was famous for that. Best bet is take it to an appraiser to be exact.
