What type of shoes can I wear?

I dont know what kind of shoes im alud to wear because my friends are pissed at me because i bought globe shoes and i dont skate and i cant wear Nike becauseim not English. i know it sounds stupid but its like sone weird code thing among the students at the school so what type of shoes am i alud to wear? 1. Wear converses, aka the one universally acceptable shoe. Otherwise, check out what your friends are wearing. Shoe peer pressure is dumb, but if you feel like you need to follow it, good luck
2. um. wear what you want. screw your friends.
3. Don't listen to your friends. Wear the shoes that u want. ...but if u do wish to stay away from the shoes that they wear, try flip-flops, high heels, ugg boots, platforms, Converse/Reebok/Adidas sneakers, etc.
4. a shoe code??? trust me there is more to life then worrying about a what shoes your friend think u should where, you are an indiviaual and must express it! wear what ever shoes you want.
5. You can wear whatever shoes you want to. Tell your friends that they're just shoes and it doesn't matter that you don't skate. And you can wear Nikes if you want to. There's no law against it. You shouldn't be limited to what you can wear by some code that society makes up.
6. Wow thats stupid. Seriously if your friends are going to judge you because of the shoes you wear they are not good friends. You should stand up to them because their basically bullies. Don't waste your time with people like that because no matter what you do they will never be satisfied. However, I love vans. At my school every stereotype and race and whatever wears them, preps, skaters, punkers, and anyone else=)
7. um, well tell ur friends there duches, i know tons of ppl that wear skater shoes and dont skate, and its all good. but, yea, some guys above me said wear converse, that what u should do, their the all around shoe, there made for doing everything, or u might want to check out pumas, idk if u run or play soccer but speecats are great for that kind of thing. ps-im 14, too.
