Are fresh air globes any good?

I hav seen those fresh air globes on shop tv and was wondering does anyone have one andd are they any good? I ve got 2 house cats with a indoor litter tray which at times can get a bit smelly. The ad for the globes states that it eliminates pet odurs, doe it?

1. I am not sure if you are talking about the oil or the wax that "melts" into the air to make the place smell nice? One thing that works really well is to mix 1/4 cup baking soda into the kitty litter as baking soda is a natural smell absorber. As well as change them more regulary. As well, sprinkle baking soda on the rugs in your house & then vaccum--it creates a natural "fresh" scent in the air.
