Where could I get world maps with city names of the 7 continents?

I need to study the 7 continents with all their cities in a printable site. Like the USA and all it's 50 states with the name and outline of the states. I need south america and all it states also. the same with asia africa etc..thanks

2. all their cities??? um....there are millions of cities in the world there is no way you can learn them all you need to be more scale-specific. all cities about 1 million population? all national capitals? something like that.. be more specific!!!
3. There are no cities in Antarctica. There are scientific bases, but no official cities. And if you can find a map of Antarctica, please let me know. I haven't seen one in years. Some good places to try for maps would be maps.com and the CIA's World Fact book site. The CIA's site is actually extremely informative and would probably give you all of the information that you're looking for.
